More Than Just a Coffee
The Beginning
Craig and Michelle Brooks left Washington State, packed up their two kids, and drove 3,000 miles to Upstate New York to open a drive-thru coffee shop. After weeks of searching, they found their spot—an old Hess station in Cortland—and got to work transforming it. Through months of hands-on renovations, Coffee Mania officially opened its doors on December 7, 1999.
Growing The Dream
With strong support from the community, Coffee Mania quickly became a local favorite, leading to a second location in 2003. In 2006, they expanded into coffee roasting with the launch of Coffee Depot, followed by a sit-down café in Homer in 2008.
Whats Next
Coffee Mania continues to grow and evolve, building on the same passion it started with back in 1999. With a focus on quality coffee, thoughtful expansion, and genuine customer service, the team is always looking for new ways to better serve their community and keep raising the bar.
